Welcome to Mirthpatch. By browsing this site and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please give them a read.

1. Made-to-order products

Every Mirthpatch item is printed on demand. Small differences in color, print position, and fabric are a normal part of print-on-demand and are not treated as faults.

2. Pricing & availability

Prices appear in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. We may correct pricing mistakes and may limit or retire any product at any time.

3. Orders & payment

Payment is collected in full when you order, because we begin making your item right away. By ordering, you confirm the payment method is yours and your details are accurate.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they enter production. After that they cannot be cancelled. See our Returns & Refunds page.

5. Intellectual property

Everything on this site — our name, logo, artwork, graphics, and text — belongs to Mirthpatch or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without written consent.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to disrupt it, or to infringe on the rights of others.

7. Disclaimer & liability

Our products and website are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mirthpatch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using our products or site, and our total liability for any order will not exceed what you paid for it.

8. Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms occasionally. The version in effect applies to new orders, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.

9. Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the place where our business operates, and any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts there.
