Shipping Policy

Every Mirthpatch tee is printed to order, so your order moves through two stages before it reaches you: production, then delivery. Here is exactly what to expect.

Production time

We make each item after you order it, so please allow 2 to 5 business days for printing and quality checks before your parcel leaves the studio. Expect a little extra during launches, sales, and holiday rushes.

Estimated delivery

• United States: about 4–8 business days after production.
• Canada & Europe: about 8–16 business days after production.
• Everywhere else: about 10–20 business days after production.

These windows are estimates. Carriers, weather, and customs can shift the final date.

Tracking your order

The moment your order ships we send a tracking link by email. Give it 24–48 hours for the first scan to show movement.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on where you are and how much you order. Any free-shipping offer that applies will be shown on the product and cart pages.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address before you pay. If you spot an error, message us right away — if the order has not gone to print we can still correct it. We cannot cover parcels lost because of an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Delayed or lost parcels

If tracking stalls for an unusually long time, or a parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact us. We will open a case with the carrier and put things right.

Customs and duties

International orders may attract import taxes or duties charged by your own country. Those charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
