Shipping Policy

Every Mirthpatch product is made to order. Your order goes through two stages before it reaches you: production and shipping. Please review the estimated processing and delivery times below.

Production time

All Mirthpatch items are produced after an order is placed. Please allow 2–5 business days for printing, processing, and quality checks before your order is shipped. Processing times may be slightly longer during major sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping origin and fulfillment

Mirthpatch works with third-party production and fulfillment partners to print, pack, and ship our made-to-order products. Depending on product availability and the customer’s destination, orders may be fulfilled from different production facilities to provide efficient delivery.

Shipping carriers

Orders may be delivered by established local or international shipping carriers depending on the destination and fulfillment location. The specific carrier and tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery time

  • United States: approximately 4–8 business days after production.
  • Canada & Europe: approximately 8–16 business days after production.
  • Other supported international destinations: approximately 10–20 business days after production.

Estimated total delivery time, including production:

  • United States: approximately 6–13 business days.
  • Canada & Europe: approximately 10–21 business days.
  • Other supported international destinations: approximately 12–25 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather conditions, customs clearance, peak-season demand, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping destinations and exclusions

We ship to most destinations supported by our fulfillment and shipping partners. Shipping availability is confirmed during checkout. If we are unable to ship to your location, the checkout page will not provide an available shipping option.

Shipping rates and free shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on qualifying orders of $50 USD or more. For orders below the free-shipping threshold, applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available. Please allow approximately 24–48 hours after receiving the tracking number for the carrier’s system to display the first tracking update.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet entered production or fulfillment, we will make reasonable efforts to update the address.

Mirthpatch cannot be responsible for delivery failures, lost parcels, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your tracking information has not updated for an unusually long period, or if your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us. We will review the shipment information and, where appropriate, work with the shipping carrier or fulfillment partner to investigate the issue.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and, unless otherwise stated at checkout, are the responsibility of the customer.
