How do I place an order?
Pick a design, choose your size and color, add to cart, and check out. It takes a couple of minutes.

Which payment methods can I use?
All the major credit and debit cards plus other secure options shown at checkout. Payments are encrypted and processed by trusted providers.

When am I charged?
At the time you order — because each tee is made just for you, payment is taken up front.

Production & delivery

How soon will my order arrive?
Production takes 2–5 business days, then delivery is roughly 4–8 business days in the US and 8–20 internationally. Full details are on our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to most countries, with rates shown at checkout.

How do I track my parcel?
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Sizing & care

How do I find my size?
Check the size guide on each product page. Between two sizes? We suggest sizing up.

How should I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out, and hang or tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the print. Full care notes are on each product page.

Returns

My item arrived faulty — what now?
Message us within 30 days with a photo and we will send a free replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds page.

Can I return it if I picked the wrong size?
Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for wrong size or change of mind — please check the size guide first.
